Possible Lease For City Run Animal Shelter

The Cheyenne city council’s finance committee met Monday to vote on a recommendation to approve a new lease on a city run animal shelter. This comes in response to the animal shelter’s contract requesting $2.5 million in funding for this year. As of now the contract is set to end on June 30th between the city, county and the Cheyenne animal shelter. We’ll keep you updated on this story as new information is released.
