Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-80 In Evanston

Five people were transported to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on I-80 in Evanston Monday night.

According to Uinta County fire and ambulance, five semi trucks and one passenger vehicle were involved in the incident that occurred at milepost 5 on I-80.

Details on the injuries have not been released. Icy roads and speeding are being investigated as factors in the crash.

Drivers are being reminded to buckle up and slow down while navigating in hazardous road conditions.
