February 15 Hometown Hero

The Hometown Hero for February 15th, we are recognizing two educators, Katie McCue and Craig Williams. They have received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.

This award is the highest recognition that K through 12 mathematics, science, or computer science teachers can receive in the U.S. Nominations and awards are facilitated by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the National Science Foundation. Katie McCue is a second-grade math teacher at Eastside Elementary in Cody. Craig Williams is a fourth-grade math teacher at Buffalo Ridge Elementary in Cheyenne.
