Eggington’s Restaurant In Casper Expanding

Be on the look out for more popular breakfast dining options coming to Wyoming– Casper is no longer going to be the sole location for the beloved breakfast restaurant Eggington’s.

Cowboy State Daily reports the restaurant is planning to expand, first to California then the restaurant plans to open up more spots in Arizona and here in Wyoming.
